Equipping People Who Care

“Small Groups are God’s delivery system of care: he uses people.” (Regroup Small Group training). 13 people learned this at our first ever Small Group Host training session. It was an amazing time of learning, sharing ideas, and empowerment. There were people in attendance who are leading Small Groups, people who are part of a Small Group and want to enhance their group, and people who want to launch new Small Groups. We believe Small Groups are vitally important to our Church strategy, because they create the most productive environment of care and support for people to become all they can become in Christ. It may be awkward at first to join one, but it can change your life. If you are not in a Small Group, we invite you to pray and consider joining one. If you are in one, we invite you to pray and consider learning how you can make your group more effective in delivering care.
