I can poignantly remember when we begun with 232 children and a staff of 15 in 2003 with no water and power at the site.Alot was demanding!We begun to think that perhaps the dream we wanted to achieve would never become real.The road seemed to be so rough,the mountain so high for us to climb and the valley so deep.
Today we have a reason to celebrate together with you and this is because as Iam writing,Destiny has out numbered to almost 980 with a staff of 70.The school that was minimized before due to it’s inadequate resources is now being sought for by every one.It’s very amazing that she is now the leading school in the whole district,what a great success!
We now have power and water plus a purification water machine which processes safe water.There are 2 dormitories for girls and other 2 for boys which are well facilitated.
All the above wouldn’t be in place if you hadn’t come into our lives to support us financially,offer your commitment and more so to pray for us always.Yes,it’s true we had a dream but then we didn’t know how we were going to address these three questions;
1) What we wanted to do?
2) How we were going to do it?
3) What we needed to use to accomplish our goal?
The questions became answered immediately when you appeared into our lives and you helped us to answer them all.Therefore this small letter comes to thank you for setting up a ladder for us to climb up.We know you always go through challenges but you have to know that your family in Africa Destiny is praying for you always.Take courage and our God will help you all through.
