    • Ministry Requires Faith

    As a Church, we are in that phase of the year where ministry leaders are inviting people to serve in our ministries.  Every year, we look to fill open positions with people whose gifts, passions, and personal styles line-up with the open position descriptions.

    I can tell you this is not always an easy task, and every year it seem like the positions will not be filled, but every year God intervenes and makes it work.  This requires faith, a lot of searching, and a lot of prayer.  We are in that position now with both our Children’s and Youth Ministries.  We have open positions, but who will fill them?  I believe God knows, and God will provide.  Pray with us, and watch God provide.

    Equipping Mission

    Providing personal, relational, Christ-Centered growth through ministry in the church, community, world, and the whole of life.

    Equipping Vision

    Leaders are relieved of their burdens as they encounter God. They feel free to learn, share, and take action. They are astonished by their growth through lessons, reflection, and peer interaction. They can't wait to get out there and serve their ministries. With boldness they lead the charge over their ministries, their own personal growth, and the ministry growth of those they lead.

    The Equipping Process

    1. Calling - We help Christ's servants find their God-given shape and vision in ministry.
    2. Connecting - We connect Christ's servants to a meaningful place of service and make them a part of the team.
    3. Coaching - We walk alongside Christ's servants as they serve to maximize growth and fruit.
    4. Changing - We help people make changes in their life to ensure they are in alignment with Christ's call.
