Our First Meeting

Our CMT had its first meeting on Friday night with Gary Reinecke. He guided the team through ten areas to cultivate a church multiplication movement. We discovered that the first area we needed to focus on first is having a shared vision within our team and within our congregation for church planting. We identified a list of components that we need to address such as prayer, education, community survey/evaluation, vision casting, listening to the needs of the community. And finally, we assigned tasks to each team member. At our next meeting we plan to hear reports on that give us a better understanding of what our community looks like.
