    Christmas Stocking Project “Thank You”

    Thank you to everyone who participated in the Christmas Stocking Project which benefits the children of Arizona Reservation Ministries.  It was a great success!

    On Monday, November 14th, we had the privilege of delivering the gifts you generously donated to ARM headquarters in Globe.  There was a total of 113 stockings, 9 boxes of stocking stuffers and 5 fleece blankets that were received with much gratitude.

    Once again, our New Hope family has extended their love and concern for our friends at Arizona Reservation Ministries!        ~Larry & Beth Stephenson and Scott Rogers

    We don't just believe in Knowing Jesus and Growing in the Holy Spirit, but that Christ saved us for a purpose. "For you are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works which he prepared in advance for you to do." Ephesians 2:10.

    So as disciples, we follow Christ outside of the church and into our neighborhood to do what He did when he was on earth. That is He healed, He freed the oppressed, He brought forgiveness and grace, and preached the good news of the God's reign on earth. The GO Ministry's goal is to bless our community in Christ's name.

    Beyond our immediate community New Hope is also called to make an impact in the world at large. So every year we send people on cross-cultural mission trips, and we support three overseas missionaries. We believe that the more we reach beyond our own circles the more we live out the call of Christ's incarnational ministry.
